Installs and becomes an option in your control panel that allows you to quickly identify (and quash) programs that load on startup. Very nice app.

This just looks like a re-wrapped msconfig.exe that ships with WindowsXP (Start > Run > msconfig.exe).
This util does have the Current User\Run and \RunOnce registry sections made visible, which is cool if you are trying to debug a system problem.
