Ah you boys are so dirty. They are obviously blurring that post to hide the embarrassing run in her nylons the poor woman has inadvertently been showing.
I mean it is bad enough that she's having to walk through that terrible wind - notice her eyes are closed to protect them from street dirt, her hand is raised so she doesn't bump into anything, and both her blue purse and her poor blouse have been effected by the wind as well. She doesn't even realize she's about to walk into an illithid. (tsk)No one needs to see that run.
