I choose B, but I choose to do something. I choose to complain really really loudly about it every chance I get, and to be obnoxious about pointing it out to all the other people in my life, especially if they are not as scared as me, or think I'm crazy for worrying about it.

I choose B. The ability to misuse the kind of data that can be acquired by this system can get ridiculous.
I respect the uses shown in the video but once that kind of tech is common I can't imagine it not snowballing out of control.
An interesting implementation of a similar system is the london congestion charge setup.
