Hmmm...great word but I don't think it can replace "clusterfuck". While it works for a large scale clusterfuck, it just doesn't suit your average "why the fuck am I sitting in line while that bozo is making popcorn and this dimwit is scraping that kid's puke off the floor and who the hell is managing this shitshow?!" kind of scenario.
Absolutely right - it is an available upgrade that should be used only where appropriate.
