When I lost 30 pounds, I was reading nutrition labels on everything I bought at the grocery store. Do you have any idea how hard it is to find any product (other than fresh fruits and veggies) that has an acceptable amount of fat *and* sodium? I've mostly paid attention to fat, and I've learned how to avoid it quite well, but I've not paid much attention to sodium. Probably I need to be cutting even more products out of my diet (*cough* pretzels...).
(since I've fallen off my the fitness wagon I've gained 7 pounds... time to put a stop to that!).
Oh yeah, and let me express outrage if the numbers in the original story are true.
