 Death by Caffeine

How much of your favorite energy drink or soda would it take to kill you? Take this quick test and find out:

It would take 180.86 cans of Red Bull to put you down.

Fish around the site, death by mints, etc...

So my diet coke addiction isn't going to kill me (at least not as the result of a caffine overdose) unless I can drink about 440 cans in rapid succession. 8 super big gulps is my record for one day (back in high school) so I should be safe.

Just as an informative note for Canadians, clear drinks such as Mountain Dew cannot be caffinated in Canada. The death test is American so will not reflect the Canadian situation for every drink.

Nonetheless, I found an interesting article about a 'loophole' for energy drinks in Canada. Check it out:

341.25 cans of Coca-Cola Classic + You = Death.

How long before someone dies trying to lose weight with Coke's latest venture:

Enviga

oh hey Enviga is actually on the list:

You could drink 116.03 cans of Enviga Sparkling Green Tea before croaking.

Good on you.

Since taking up regular morning exercise, I've also tried to stay away from too much caffeine.

Mostly at work now I drink Green Tea, but occassionally a coffee from Tim's gets involved somehow. The odd Red Bull is used here and there too if it is a tough afternoon, but the black pops are almost totally history.

Step by step.

(a dark part of me wants to get a handle on a case of that Enviga stuff, just to see)

I love energy drinks!
So good news that I can drink Beaver Buzz and Coke Blak (it's friggin' good - and probably one of the only pop-like drinks that I consume) all day long and not die.
Of course the excesive weight gain may mean a ruptured stomach leading to some neat CSI style of painful death!
