Farcical, considering how their profoundly corrupt government elected to spend the taxes they seized rescuing these organizations in the first place.
The Broken Window Fallacy is hard at work here.
On the other hand, the Iraq & Afghan occupations look to cost them around £20 billion... so this tax could pay for a few more illegal wars. Bonus.
